QAA is sponsoring the National Union of Students' Postgraduate Conference 2010, taking place at the Nottingham Britannia Hotel on 27-28 April.
This two-day event will be an opportunity for delegates to choose members of the postgraduate committee, attend workshops and seminars on postgraduate issues, and set the agenda for NUS's work in the coming year.
QAA's Assistant Director Janet Bohrer will be joined by Derfel Owen Development Officer (Students) to lead a workshop on quality assurance for postgraduate education, introducing delegates to our work on the doctoral qualification. The event will be opened by NUS Vice-President and National President-elect Aaron Porter and will also feature the launch of the new Engaging Postgraduates in the Students' Union guide.
