QAA consultation furthers student involvement in audit process
QAA is to host a consultation event on its proposals for student membership of audit and review teams on Friday 18 July at the University of Warwick. Senior staff and student representatives from higher education institutions will be able to explore the feasibility and implications of including students in audit and review teams. Three discussion papers have been prepared for the conference: Feedback from a trial programme of student observers in England and Wales, an evaluation of nine institutions that use students on their internal periodic review teams and learning from the involvement of students in the Nordic countries.
